1. Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
2. Shipping Time does not include a 1-3 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
We will make every effort to deliver your package as soon as possible. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and unexpected logistic issues.
If there is any shipping issue with your package , you must contact Customer Support within 30 days
after your order was placed.



Q: Can I cancel the order?
A: We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order once the product is already shipped out.

Q: Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
A:Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is on route.

Q: What do I need to do when I received a different product than what I ordered?
A: Please submit your concern on the Contact Us page or messenger us. We will contact you as soon as possible.

Q: I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
A: We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
